I really like my portfolio the way that it is. I have plenty of media. I have great work to show to everyone. There are blogs about different things. My page looks clean. My background changes pictures everytime you refresh it. I have complements on my work. It feels goo to have a site that will help me in my future. There are a few things I could have done to help my portfolio out. I could have went back in all of my work and fixed the lower case I’s. I could have done all of the work I was obligated to do. I could have done a variety of things to spice up my portfolio. I will have to work on it during the summer.
« New 3D TV
As the world grows old we grow smarter. We finally have the technology to build TV’s that project in 3D. This is amazing. I am glad to live in a wold where people feed of technology. Who would of ever thought that we the people would own a 3D TV. We are used to paying big bucks to watch a movie in 3D. Now all we need to do is rent the movie for half the price. We are saving money in the long run. But there also might be a few negatives to this 3D movement. How do we know that 3D wont mess up our eye vision. How long will the TV last. The prices are also rather high. There are not a lot of videos out there that are ready for this 3D movement. We have to deal with all the new movies coming out in theatres. All of our classic favorite movies have to be manufactured in 3D and that will take a while. We also need a special Blu-Ray player for these 3D movies. I would have to say the PS3 is one of the best Blu-Ray players out there. You get to play online games on the PS3 and watch movies in Blu-Ray. I own a PS3 and if you have online it automatically updates itself for the newest and latest updates out there. In order to enjoy 3D you would need a reasonable size TV. The bigger the better for the 3D TV’s. They have not made a single 3D TV under 42 inches. So if you are going to get a 3D TV i suggest you go all out and buy the biggest one you can at your budget. Also buy a Blu-Ray player that is capable for 3D TV. Hope you enjoy your TV and don’t forget the popcorn.
Portfolio Defense »« Last Week Of School
The last week of school. Well I know what you are all thinking its suppose to be fun. Well you are wrong it is probably one of the most stressful weeks of your high school life when you are a senior. This last week was hopefully going to be just as easy as the first week of school. It turned out to be a week of class and homework. A lot of seniors start to worry if they are going to graduate. Some need to pay fines. others need to go to summer school. It is scary to think about all of these things. Usually teachers hold off projects till the last weeks of school so kids would actually go to class. In every one of my classes I have a final or a final project. It is a lot of work for the last week of school but I have to get it done or else I wont graduate. I have to complete everything by tomarrow. This blog is even part of one of my finals. I have to finish and there is no doubt about it. Well I have to go blog on another subject to complete this assighnment.
New 3D TV »« Oil Crisis
The Oil crisis in the Gulf of Mexico is not only a money issue it is also an environmental issue. This oil spill is spreading rapidly going along the current. As oil floats on top of the water more and more animals are dying. We need to save as many animals as we can. Birds, fish, whales, sharks, dolphins and etc. A world with out these animals is hardly a world at all. It would ruin the food chain. It would destroy marine life. Their would be no jobs for marine biologists. Fishermens would have no fish to catch and feed our human population. The oceans would be empty. For three months oil is going to be leaking into our ocean waters. There has to be some thing we can do to help out our oceans. If we all thought of a single idea and shared it with the world maybe one of those ideas could actually work and help out. Then someone will actually use that idea and plan it out. After they plan it out they will put it to use. Once it is to use then the problem will be gone. We all need to work together to save planet earth. If we miss use it our earth will be desolate and dead. Lets try to keep our oceans clean and our land healthy.
Last Week Of School »« Youtube Available?
Our school used to have a filter that would block most of the websites on the web. Some of the websites should be blocked but others should not. We could gather more information if we had a better filter. We now have a new and improved filter. This filter does not block YouTube like our old filter. I am glad that this filter does not block YouTube. YouTube is school appropriate because it has a filter in itself. It delete all bad content. Now we can watch informational videos. YouTube is almost like television. We get to watch news to let us know what is happening around the world and in our local area. YouTube can be educational as well. Our English class uses technology to the best of our ability. We can post educational videos for other kids to watch. If we post videos at school it would be safe because our address would be anonymous. It would be the safest and right way to do things. Hopefully our school keeps YouTube un-filtered for classes to come.
Oil Crisis »« Healthy or Skinny?
Alot of people want to be skinny. They see skinny models in magazines, on the Internet and on the television. They see skinny Celeberaties. All of this attracts a variety of age groups but it mostly affects the younger ages. Alot of teenagers want to look like them. They see them as romodels. In order to do this they lose weight. They start diets. They do things they would never do when there parents are around like forcefully through up. They try their hardest to get skinny quickly. I think that is unbelievable. I do not accept this. It shows that the parents either do not care about feeding their children or are ignorant to not notice. It is the responsibility of the parent to always watch over your children through the rough and through the easy. If you have children at least have the common curtesy to treat them with respect. It is hard being a parent. But make sure your kids are healthy no matter what.

Technology is great. I am glad that auto makers are building new types of cars. These cars are no ordinary cars. These cars are eco friendly. They do not harm the earth we live on like the cars we have now. These cars reduce CO2 emissions and increase fuel efficiency. So not only could we go further in these cars but we can also spare the air. The Ferrari above is called 599GTB HY-KERS hybrid concept. It looks amazing and clean. I hope technology keeps getting better so we can live healthier lives. just think about it. The more oxygen we have on earth the easier it is to breath. It could cure asthma. Maybe everyone will grow bigger. Who knows what can happen. You can either sit and watch or contribute to makeing the world a better place.
Healthy or Skinny? »« McDonalds
I believe that McDonalds has been a contributor to our economy. McDonalds is a fast food restaurant, which means people go and eat there. They spend money to buy their food and anything else they want to buy there. The more things McDonalds puts on their menu, the more customers. Most of the time these restaurants are by busy freeways and people get hungry on a road trips. That is why Kids are probably the main factor why parents go there. McDonalds advertises their business on anything. They have commercials, billboards, and advertisements on newspapers. They sponsor places so that they can advertise for them.
Another way they contribute money to our economy is by expanding their businesses after they receive the money we spend on them. They buy property and hire workers to build them new restaurants. They will always be expanding because are population is growing. The more people we have the more food we consume. They also started to make some of their food with American made products or live stock. So now they buy things from The United States rather then another country.
The third way I think McDonalds contributes to our economy is by getting people over weight. When people get over weight they want to lose the extra pounds they have accumulated over the years. In order to do this they need to go to a gym or by products that they think will help them lose weight. So now not only are they eating at McDonalds they now probably have subscriptions to gyms and weight lost programs. McDonalds helps other businesses also in a way.
So my main point is that McDonalds does help our economy. Sometimes it might not be a lot and other times it is. Our economy is grateful to have places like this because we are in debt. And that is why McDonalds contributes to our economy.

McDonalds »« Chemicals
I watched a movie today. It was about pesticides. Back in the day we used to spray everything with psticides. We would spray crops, cities, land and sea. The only reason we started to spray everything with pesticidese was because of ticks. Ticks were spreading diseases to the human population. So scientist started working on a chemical to kill most insects. When they found something that killed most insects they immidietly mass produced it and starrted spraying everything. They did not no the harm or effects of this poison. They just knew that it would kill insects and that was good enough for the government. People started noticing bird populations were going down as well as fish populations. This was because all of the chemicals they were spraying were killing animals. The animals have been over exposed to the chemicals. Many people tried to stop the sprayings but the government refused. After months of egging on the government finally understood what this chemical was doing. it was detroying the animal food chain. After alot of hard work and patience government stoped spraying the pesticides. Long live the food chain.
